Weight loss isn’t magic. It all comes down to one thing: calories in, calories out. Whether you reach a deficit by counting calories, eating more food volume with fewer calories, or doing OMAD (One Meal A Day), there are many ways to achieve your goal. The most important thing is consistency.

I know how simple that sounds, but I also know how incredibly hard it can feel. I’ve been there—the frustration, the feeling of being stuck and unhappy with your body, not knowing if things will ever change. I was once in that place, and I understand how hard it is to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But here’s the thing—I got out of that place, and now I’m focused on building muscle and shaping my body exactly how I want it. I’m in the healthiest, happiest state of my life, but it wasn’t always like this.

In the past, my methods worked too well, and I actually became underweight. Now, with years of experience and lessons learned from my mistakes, I know how to lose weight in a healthy, balanced way. And I’m here to help you do the same.

For me, what truly made the difference was structure. I have ADHD, so without a clear plan in place, I’d follow a diet for a couple of weeks and then lose track. What I needed was consistency, and I found that through a routine and reward system. I created a to-do list type of sheet where I could plan my days and tick off my achievements, which kept me motivated and accountable.

I also developed tons of tips and tricks over the years to make things easier. I remember being overwhelmed by calories at first, so I simplified it. I created a list where I didn’t have to measure everything in grams or ounces. Instead, I used easy-to-understand portions—like "a handful of nuts" or "a row of chocolate." That made a world of difference for me, and now it’s all part of the system I’ve built.
